Business success is often measured in financial terms and the ability to please external stakeholders.  However, pleasing employees, stakeholders, and internal and external customers are critical criteria for customer satisfaction.

HU Project Management faculty members John Clark, Sarah Dyson, and Joe Zagerman address the topic in an article they co-authored, “Transforming the Customer-Centric Experience and EA Practitioner,” which appears in the October 15th issue of Architecture & Governance magazine.
