About the Program
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The purpose of this Digital Transformation Certificate Program is to empower Business and Government Leaders as they convert legacy processes and systems into new digital practices by empowering culture and enabling innovation within their organizations. These new methods are critical to not only remaining competitive but also improving the Employee / Citizen / Customer Experience by exceeding their evolving expectations.
The course will be facilitated by a diverse team of leading sector practitioners and a select group of guest speakers who will take a Circular Learning approach to performing deep dives into the topics and best practices that are key within this dynamic discipline.
The Cohort for this program will be made up of Public and Private sector organizations, with learners joining from both the Business and Information Technology areas within their responsible departments.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
The program is specifically designed for employees who are leading or will be participating in Digital Transformation programs and strategies within their respective organization. The learners will explore and absorb the essential elements needed to chart a path that will advance their Digital Transformation program to the next level. The certificate program is designed to:
- Empowering the organizations to both define and shape a successful Digital Transformation program.
- Preparing the culture to accept and implement “business centric” Digital Transformation strategies and the innovative thinking required of this undertaking.
- Garnering organizational awareness and acceptance to build out the proper balance of responsibility, accountability, and oversight (including executive sponsorship.)
- Recognizing practical transformation opportunities, recognizing the capabilities and limitations within the current environment.
A Capstone project, applying the program’s core curriculum to a Digital Transformation Program will be produced and presented by the cohort participants. The Capstone project can be customized to meet a specific Digital Transformation challenge that the participant would like to address. Each learning module is linked to the Capstone to ensure the learner is assessing every aspect of the organization’s Digital Transformation maturity.
