Rising Storm Referral Program
As an Alumni, member of the Board of Trustees, and Founders’ Member, you have the unique opportunity to brighten an undergraduate student’s new college career at HU!
Through the Rising Storm program, a prospective student of your choice will receive this $1000 scholarship, 1-time per year for the full 4 years of their undergraduate degree.

Approaching college can be a little daunting, so let’s make this decision a little easier for them. You want to know that the student you’re referring here will soar! After all, you’re helping them explore Harrisburg University, and hopefully commit to the school.

Rising Storm Referral Program Form
To refer a student, please fill out the form below, and our Admissions Office will reach out to make a connection. We are accepting referral applications* for Fall Semester, 2024. Please submit all referrals prior to December 15, 2023.
*All applications must go through a formal review process. There is no guarantee of acceptance. Only new students and transfer students are eligible for this program.
