Penny serves as the Director of Assessment and Accreditation Liaison Officer for the University. Program and institutional accreditation has been part of her career for the past 18 years. Penny earned a BS in Business Administration and her MS in Business Education. Her MA in Higher Education Leadership was earned through West Virginia University. She is also attendeding Morgan State University and preparing to defend her dissertation in May. Penny loves her Steelers and Mountaineers.
