A go-getter, team-player, flexible and an enthusiastic person who is very passionate about his work. Param has over 25 years experience in Information Technology, of which over 20 years have been in Project/Program management, with a broad array of technology and industry exposure, it includes pharmaceutical, healthcare, telecoms, insurance and banking. Also been responsible for establishing PMOs (Project Management Offices) including development and implementation of new processes and tools that have brought value to the organizations, it includes Benefits & Value Management, Project Management Methodology, ITIL, Change Management, Risk Management, Governance processes and KPIs.

Presently teach two Project Management courses for the Executive Masters in Computer Science program at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology

Other Achievements:
One of the contributors to the Fourth and Fifth Editions of PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) published by PMI in 2008 and 2013 respectively.
Reviewed and participated in the development of the global PMP Exam.
