Dr. Aarthi Shanmugavel is a highly accomplished public health professional with ten years of experience in health policy research. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Health Informatics at Rutgers University, specializing in Health Data Analysis and telehealth solutions, she has made significant contributions to peer-reviewed international journals and presented at prestigious global conferences. 

Her expertise spans health data analysis, qualitative/quantitative research, and program evaluation, with a keen focus on policy assessment and implementation sciences. A proven leader, she holds key roles with notable organizations such as WFPHA’s Oral Health Working Group in Geneva, Switzerland, American Medical Informatics Association, and FDI World Dental Federation.
