Those looking to travel to Europe anytime soon will have to prove that they have been vaccinated by producing vaccination passports. Cruise lines are also considering the same mandate and some professional sports teams could require the same proof before allowing fans to enter stadiums and arenas.

Vaccination passports have raised several questions, including privacy issues and whether the use of them could spread to businesses, events, and/or other public places.

Harrisburg University Professors Dr. Michael L. Seavers, Assistant Professor of Healthcare Informatics, and Dr. Erik Hefti, Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, joined WITF’s Smart Talk on Wednesday to discuss questions and issues surrounding the use of vaccination passports.
