Harrisburg University Professor of Blockchain Technologies Thomas Plunkett recently spoke at a ‘Crypto, NFT, and Law’ panel with University of Kentucky Rosenberg College of Law Professor Brian Frye to Penn State Dickinson Law students and faculty.
