HARRISBURG, PA – Harrisburg University of Science and Technology (HU) proudly congratulates recent graduate, Sukanya Nagfernandes ‘24, on the publication of her academic article, co-authored with Professor Jen Mowery. Sukanya is an alumna of the Harrisburg University Master of Science in Project Management degree program.

The paper, “Creating a Regenerative Organizational Culture,” appears in Volume 2, Issue 1, of Beyond the Project Horizon: Journal of the Center for Project Management Innovation. The article explores the integration of transformational and regenerative practices within project environments to foster sustainability, adaptability, and innovation across the project lifecycle.

This milestone follows Sukanya and Professor Mowery’s presentation at the 2024 Project Management Innovation Conference. “It’s a truly impressive capstone to Sukanya’s graduate journey,” said Professor Mowery.

“This paper explores strategic pathways for fostering resilience, adaptability, and long-term sustainability within organizations,” Sukanya said. “It’s a topic close to my heart and deeply relevant in today’s dynamic work environments. “I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Professor Mowery and HU for providing a nurturing and intellectually stimulating platform that made this work possible. A special thanks to the editorial board of the journal for their thoughtful review and support throughout the process.”
