Harrisburg University of Science and Technology

Join us for a fun-filled day of hands-on activities in our state-of-the-art manufactories and laboratories, where students will engage in exciting conversations and investigations focused on automation, augmented (AR) and virtual reality (VR), 3D printing, robotics, and many other advanced manufacturing concepts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for students to explore the possibilities of science in a dynamic, real-world setting and chance to interact with collegiate students and faculty. Get a sneak peak of college-level material science research work and a taste of our Advanced Manufacturing program. We will provide lunch for all attendees.

ADMA Day at Harrisburg University has been a resounding success since the inaugural event in Fall 2024. “The students were excited to come to campus and experience a ‘realistic college schedule’ with actual Advanced Manufacturing and Robotics faculty and student instruction,” said Dr. Richard Pitts, Jr., Program Lead for Advanced Manufacturing at Harrisburg University. They got a chance to see what equipment and capabilities are available here at HU and how it mimics industry – a clear pipeline all the way through to the jobs they’ll be getting after graduation.”

Please mark your calendar and spread the word to your colleagues and students. This is a first come, first served event. We look forward to welcoming you to Harrisburg University!

“MedTech, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain – there’s so much. And now there’s 3D scanning, which is super new for architecture, plus computer programming, and then the interplay between the different software. This area provides a wide range of options for people to get good careers. This is a cool program, and I think we undoubtedly have more students who would benefit from seeing it.” — Matt Freeman, Carlisle Area School District
