K-12 teachers can earn college graduate credits in learning technologies thanks to a new partnership between PD Campus and Harrisburg University of Science and Technology.

Harrisburg University’s Master of Science in Learning Technologies and Media Systems (LTMS) program has formed a partnership with PD Campus, a Pennsylvania-based professional organization that has been offering professional development for K-12 teachers since 2015. The partnership will allow PD Campus students to apply graduate credits from courses at PD Campus toward the LTMS degree program at Harrisburg University.

Dr. Richard Kordel, the lead for the LTMS program, described the partnership as, “an opportunity to bring together two organizations that have been working toward the goal of improving education through the use of technology to do things that could not be done before. By coming together around Harrisburg University, the real beneficiaries will be Pennsylvania students in K-12.”

PD Campus is a professional development organization focused on helping teachers redefine classroom teaching and learning, and it empower teachers with technology while emphasizing best teaching practices.   More info on PD Campus is found online at https://pdcampus.org/
