Harrisburg University of Science and Technology is opening a new location in Panama.
HU will launch the effort by offering its Master of Science Analytics Program to students at the City of Knowledge, a nonprofit science and technology zone and former military base adjacent to the center of Panama City, beginning Aug. 28.
