HARRISBURG, PA – Naqi Logix, a leader in neural interface technology, is excited to announce the launch of a new funding round on StartEngine, inviting investors to participate in the future of human-machine interaction. Naqi was a founding company at the Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship (CIE) and one of the first companies incubated at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology (HU).

Naqi’s innovative Neural Earbuds provide a non-invasive alternative to brain implants, allowing wearers to carry out everyday tasks most of us take for granted, like playing games, composing emails, and paying bills. The technology creates an “invisible user interface” that allows individuals with physical limitations to interact with the world around them. With a track record of innovation and excellence, Naqi Logix has achieved several significant milestones:

  • TIME Magazine: In 2023, TIME Magazine honored Naqi’s Neural Earbuds as one of the top inventions of the year.
  • Gold Edison Award: In May 2024, Naqi’s Neural Earbud received the prestigious Gold Edison Award for Social & Cultural Impact.
  • Inc. Magazine Feature: In October 2024, Inc. Magazine profiled Naqi Logix, showcasing the company’s evolution from a visionary idea to a thriving business.
  • TWICE Picks Award at CES 2025: Most recently, Naqi Logix was honored with a 2025 TWICE Picks Award at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2025.

With a $125 million valuation, $9.6 million already secured, a $1.2 million government contract, more than 27 patents, and continual recognition for its innovative technology and cultural impact, Naqi Logix is an emerging leader in wearable technology. Naqi is pioneering a new era of device interaction, enabling users to control their technology effortlessly – without the need to speak, touch, or even look – and without the need for costly and invasive implants.

“We’re giving everyone the ability to interact with their technology in a very productive way,” said Naqi founder, Dave Segal, at Abilities Expo 2025. “In many ways, they feel like they don’t have any disabilities when it comes to connecting with technology. Right now, we’re giving people full control over Windows PCs, Mac PCs, and we’re working very heavily to get the Android and iOS apps up to speed.”

The company is also working on assistive gaming technologies that Mr. Segal claims will “drop everybody’s jaws” in the near future. “I want everyone in this community not just to be able to play games, but to win,” he said.

Investors everywhere now have the opportunity to join Naqi Logix on its mission to revolutionize digital interaction. The StartEngine campaign offers a minimum investment of $522 for 200 shares, with potential bonuses for early registrants.
