HU’s Management, Entrepreneurship, and Business Administration (MEBA) Bachelor of Science program prepares students for successful careers in the modern job market by teaching them how to recognize opportunities and create value in both new and existing organizations.
MEBA students such as Senior Katouma Yaya are taught strategic thinking, motivating and managing nationally and internationally diverse workforces, building and leading team efforts, negotiating successfully, and instituting planned change in organizations.
In the video below, Yaya discusses her research that spotlights the devastating effects the COVID-19 pandemic waged on businesses and recommendations for businesses that survived the pandemic going forward.
