Harrisburg, Pa. – The nation’s biggest, most competitive collegiate Esports tournament – The HUE INVITATIONAL – will kick off Harrisburg University of Science and Technology’s Tech & Town Week celebration on Saturday, Sept. 18.
Guests are invited to cheer on the HU Storm throughout the competition that pits 32 of the best collegiate Esports teams from across the U.S. against each other during two days of action. Teams will compete in “Overwatch” and “League of Legends” at Harrisburg University from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sept. 18. The following day, semifinal and final competitions will move to Harrisburg’s CLUB XL, where the best teams will continue to battle for their piece of the$20,000 prize pool during showcase matches.
The HUE INVITATIONAL showcases the skills of leading collegiate Esports players, many of whom have hopes of going pro. Watch in person for free at Harrisburg University and Club XL, or tune in to a virtual live broadcast at https://www.twitch.tv/harrisburguniversity.
