Harrisburg University of Science and Technology offers the lowest average net price for a college education in Pennsylvania in 2021, according to a ranking released by CollegeCalc.org.

The lowest net price colleges in Pennsylvania are ranked by the average net price paid. Net price is the average cost paid as determined by tuition, minus scholarship and grant financial aid, and may be a more accurate estimation of real-life costs than published tuition.

Harrisburg University, which has not raised tuition in eight years, leads the list with a $8,249 average annual net price paid. That represents a 76 percent discount on the published cost of tuition.
