Harrisburg University of Science and Technology is opening a new location in Panama and Computer Science and Analytics Professor Dr. Kevin Huggins has been named Rector of HU’s expansion into Latin America.

As Rector, Dr. Huggins will oversee Harrisburg University Latin America (HULATAM), located in the City of Knowledge, a nonprofit science and technology zone and former military base adjacent to the center of Panama City. Beginning this semester, HULATAM will launch its first program, the M.S. in Analytics, at the City of Knowledge.
