Biography
Sivaram Dheeraj Vishnubhotla is a Robotics Technician in the Advanced Manufacturing and Robotics program at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology. He holds a Master of Engineering in Robotics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
His work focuses on robotic simulation and control, computer vision and robotic perception, digital twins, extended reality (XR), and advanced manufacturing applications. Sivaram works with technologies including NVIDIA Isaac Sim and Omniverse, ROS 2, robotic manipulators, reinforcement learning, computer vision, image segmentation and object detection, and VR/AR-based human-robot interaction. At Harrisburg University, he supports the development and testing of robotics and smart manufacturing systems, simulation environments, perception pipelines, and interactive robotics demonstrations.
His technical interests include autonomous and intelligent robotic systems, robot learning, computer vision and perception, simulation-to-real-world workflows, digital twins, robotic manipulation, and the integration of AI and vision-based systems with physical robots.
