APTA Pennsylvania’s Annual Conference Comes to Harrisburg
Harrisburg University of Science and Technology has been selected to host the 2026 MovePA Conference, APTA Pennsylvania’s annual gathering of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, students, and educators from across the commonwealth. From November 5 to 7, HU’s downtown campus will fill with lab immersions, case-based learning, poster showcases, and candid conversations about where rehabilitation practice is headed next.
The event opens with a pre-conference experience led by Harrisburg University faculty, built around hands-on lab work and real-life applications of novel technologies in physical therapy practice and education. Two days of programming follow, spanning autonomous practice, orofacial pain, autonomic rehabilitation, documentation and appeals, postpartum rehabilitation, concussion management, medical screening, and more.
Harrisburg University looks forward to welcoming each and every attendee again this year.
Doctor of Physical Therapy Program
MovePA 2026 is hosted in the same building where Harrisburg University trains its next class of physical therapists. HU’s Fall 2027 DPT application is now open. Questions about the program? Admissions counselor Drew Withum (AWithum@HarrisburgU.edu) is glad to help.
