Sales Performance Academy: Fundamentals of Selling
Fundamentals of Selling is a two-day, in-person sales training program in Harrisburg, PA, designed to transform new sales professionals and early-career team members into confident, high-performing contributors. Through applied, interactive training, participants will gain the tools they need to sell with authenticity, purpose, and trust.
Session 1 – Teaching Practices Using AI
This introductory workshop helps K–12 educators understand what AI is (and isn’t) and how to use it to strengthen day-to-day teaching practices in the classroom. Grounded in foundational AI concepts and classroom-ready applications, this session includes hands-on practice with teacher-friendly workflows learners can use immediately.
Session 2 – Using AI to Create Assessments
Discover how AI can support assessment design and feedback in K–12 classrooms. Learn to create formative and summative assessments, align rubrics with learning goals, and use AI-assisted analysis to improve instruction while maintaining ethical teaching practices.
Session 3 – Ethical and Responsible AI Use
Learn how to use AI ethically and responsibly in K–12 education. This hands-on workshop explores privacy, bias, transparency, academic integrity, and safe AI practices while helping educators build policy-aligned strategies for classroom use.
Session 4 – Promoting AI Literacy in Students
Help students build strong AI literacy skills with classroom-ready strategies for K–12 education. Learn how to teach critical thinking, identify AI misinformation and bias, encourage responsible AI use, and promote creativity and digital citizenship.
Session 5 – AI Leadership and Innovation in Schools
Explore strategies for leading responsible AI adoption in schools. This workshop helps educators support district AI initiatives, develop ethical guidelines, promote professional development, and share AI best practices with administrators and colleagues.
