About the Course
The Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification is the global gold standard for experienced project managers. Harrisburg University’s PMP® Exam Prep Course is led by PMI-certified instructors designed to prepare participants to successfully sit for the PMP certification exam while strengthening real-world project leadership skills.
As a PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP), Harrisburg University delivers PMI-developed curriculum aligned directly to the PMP Exam Content Outline (ECO). This comprehensive program satisfies the required 35 hours of formal project management education needed to apply for PMP certification.
Participants will build mastery across predictive, agile, and hybrid project approaches while learning how to lead teams, manage project delivery, and align projects with organizational strategy.
As an ATP, we are able to provide PMI™-developed PMP exam preparation materials. Our instructors were evaluated by the PMI™ and had to pass PMI™ instructor training prior to being certified to deliver this course.
