Harrisburg University faculty and staff are invited to attend the 3rd Annual HU Research Symposium that will take place virtually from 4-7 p.m. on April 21.

Please join in to listen to the many talks by both faculty and students (undergraduate and graduate). This event will occur through Microsoft Teams and you can join this specific teams group by clicking this link or by using the Teams Group code ‘cvutz9w’.

Use the following steps to join via the code:-

·         Open Microsoft Teams on your computer.

·         Click ‘Join or Create Team’ in the top right hand of the Teams interface.

·         In the square that says Join a team with code, type the code cvutz9w and click ‘Join Team.’

To make this event run smoothly, conference rooms were created at the left of the Teams group so that you can hop from room to room based on the talks you are interested in hearing. The currently are four rooms (Engineering & Technology, Information Sciences, Life Sciences & Medicine, and Physical Sciences & Environmental Sciences).

A list of speakers and their presentation titles can be found above. At 4 p.m., there will be a five-minute welcome message and general instructions before the presentations begin in each breakout room.

Moderators are assigned to each room to introduce speakers and moderate questions. Please keep your devices muted at all times and use the chat option for any questions at the end of the presentations.
