A Harrisburg University faculty member will be a speaker at two events aimed at attracting and supporting leadership development, culture, and talent in the healthcare professions.

Geoffrey M. Roche will speak at the HR + Talent Virtual Summit, which is put forth by Becker’s Healthcare, on July 14, 2022.   Additionally, he is speaking at the Advancement League’s Young Health Leader Summit, which takes place August 3-5 in Raleigh, North Carolina.

“These speaking opportunities provide me with an opportunity to share a message about the importance of culture in the healthcare professions and further guide the multi-generational workforce that exists all throughout healthcare today,” says Roche, who is a member of the Population Health corporate faculty at the University.

Becker’s Healthcare is the go-to source for healthcare decision-makers and one of the fastest growing media platforms in the industry. His professional career has included over nine years in hospital administration where he served as a strategic advisor to the President and CEO and department director of various departments, including Business Development and Planning, Government Affairs, Community Health, and Public Relations, for Lehigh Valley Health Network.
