The 2nd Annual Harrisburg Research Poster Symposium Exhibit highlighting research, innovation and creativity of our students is on display today!

The symposium is taking place on the first floor of the academic center until 4 p.m. Ever wonder if altitude affects blood pressure? Want to learn about a stress relief virtual reality experience? These are but two of the 96 posters exhibiting the research of our students on display! That is up from 50 posters last year! And don’t worry, if some of the information goes over your head, students are on hand to provide detailed explanations of their work!

Science and General Education posters will be on display until noon. Technology and Creative Works exhibits will be on display from 1-3 p.m.
An awards ceremony will take place in the first floor reading room from 3-4 p.m.

A huge thank you goes out to Dr. Akeisha Belgrave-Wilson for organizing this awesome event! And another shout out to the 34 faculty and staff members who helped put the show together and are acting as judges for today’s event!

And of course, HU would like to congratulate our students and partner professors who put in countless hours of hard work to produce the exhibits to help complete credit requirements and independent research projects!
