HU Master of Science Project Management faculty member John Clark recently appeared on two podcasts to discuss his research.

The episodes of the ERP Organizational Change Journal Podcasts covered “Project Management Competencies and Project Complexity.” The show is hosted by Dr. Jack G. Nestell, founder of the strategy and management firm, Nestell & Associates, and co-host, Jonathan Donald.

Intended to be a platform for those seeking to share, learn, and reflect on ERP organizational change success, the podcast is dedicated to organizational stakeholders, practitioners, and researchers. It’s a discussion that covers all things ERP and organizational change. Secondly, it’s intended to share experiences and contribute to the field of ERP organizational change by bridging research with practice.

In the two segments, Clark discusses project management competencies, project complexities, the “edge of chaos,” transformational leadership, concepts of project management risk and uncertainty, and the latest information from the Project Management Institute (PMI) regarding the Project Management Body of Knowledge (or PMBOK) 7th edition.

Additionally, Clark shares work in which he studied “The Extent Project Management Competencies and Project Complexity Predict Project Success.”
