Harrisburg University co-founded NuPaths (www.nupaths.org) in 2018 to provide a short-term training option for in-demand and well-paying IT jobs that continue to go unfilled despite the number of colleges and universities with computer science degrees.

In the past 4 years, NuPaths has trained over 360 students (over 190 adults and over 170 high school students) from across PA who have earned almost 700 industry-recognized IT certifications and over 1,500 Harrisburg University credits.  Graduates experience an 82% job placement rate within 6 months of graduation.  They have partnered with 12 workforce development boards in PA, have enrolled students from over 25 school districts, and have received multiple workforce development grants.

As Harrisburg University enters the post-COVID recovery period, NuPaths is poised for unprecedented growth with a continuously increasing demand for IT workers. To prepare for and execute on the growth plan, NuPaths leadership team is evolving.

Andy Petroski is now President:  Andy has been promoted from Chief Learning Officer to President.  In his new role he will be responsible for NuPaths operations and lead the business development, marketing, admissions, career services, and business operations areas for NuPaths.  Andy has been CLO at NuPaths since 2018 and is a company co-founder.  Andy has been a Harrisburg University team member for the past 12+ years.

Stephanie Keller is now Chief Learning Officer:  Stephanie has been promoted from Program Manager to Chief Learning Officer (CLO).  In her new role she will lead the creation of new programs, design and update existing programs, direct the program implementations, and recruit and train instructors.  Stephanie has been with NuPaths since 2018 as an instructor, an Operations and Academic Support Consultant, a Program Manager, and now CLO.  Stephanie is a 2017 graduate of the Harrisburg University Interactive Media Bachelor’s Degree program and is a student in the HU Learning Technologies and Media Systems Master’s program.

Pankaj Agarwal, CEO: Pankaj in his executive role will focus on the long-term strategy and growth of the company, and less on day-to-day operations.  Pankaj has been President and CEO at NuPaths since 2018 and is a company co-founder. Pankaj is also a founding trustee of the Harrisburg University Board of Trustees.
