Panamanian First Lady Yazmín Colón de Cortizo recently met with Dr. Kevin Huggins, rector of the Harrisburg University of Science and Technology location in Panama. Dr. Huggins met with the First Lady to discuss  the University’s programs underway in Panama.  As part of the meeting, Dr. Huggins presented the First Lady with HU memorabilia.
