Geoffrey Roche, a member of the Population Health team at Harrisburg University and the SVP of National Health Care Practice & Workforce Partnerships at Core Education, now hosts a podcast focusing on healthcare.

EdUp HealthUp appears on Spotify.  In the podcast, Roche believes healthcare system is facing global workforce crises at all levels and roles.

“The solution to this challenge requires an ecosystem approach bringing together healthcare, higher education, and workforce development in a manner that develops new pathways to careers, refining academic programs to ensure they meet the healthcare industry needs, and embracing certificates and certifications as a vital part of the solution,” says Roche.
