Harrisburg University’s Dr. Kevin Huggins, professor of computer science and analytics, recently had a book published entitled “Military Applications of Data Analytics.”
Dr. Huggins realized that military organizations around the world are normally huge producers and consumers of data.
Accordingly, they stand to gain from the many benefits associated with data analytics. However, for leaders in defense organizations – either government or industry – accessible use cases are not always available. The reason Dr. Huggins embarked on this book was to provide a diverse collection of detailed use cases that could serve as a representative of the realm of possible in military data analytics.
