Harrisburg Regional Chamber Board of Directors and the Capital Region Economic Development Corporation (CREDC) Board of Directors has added Dr. Eric Darr, president of Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, as a board member for 2023.

Darr was named President of Harrisburg University by the Board of Trustees effective May 9, 2013. He previously served as interim president and prior to that, he served as a consultant to help create Harrisburg University. During his tenure has president, HU has grown into a world-class research university that is home to 6000 students from 102 countries.
