Harrisburg University Congratulates university Nursing Program Director/Professor, Mark C. Crider, Ph.D.& RN, who has been selected to serve on the Joint State Government Commission’s Advisory Committee on Emergency Room Treatment & Behavioral Health.
The Advisory Committee and the Commission will study Pennsylvania’s behavioral health needs and how the behavioral health care system’s capacity affects hospital emergency departments and patient health.A final report on the committee and commission’s work will be submitted to the state General Assembly.

The Joint State Government Commission was created in 1937 as the primary and central non-partisan, bicameral research and policy development agency for the General Assembly of Pennsylvania.
