Geoffrey Roche, a member of the Population Health team at Harrisburg University and the SVP of National Health Care Practice & Workforce Partnerships at Core Education, recently completed a podcast with Shift Forward Health focused on transforming healthcare.

In the podcast, Roche shares how to address transformation in risk-averse cultures. There’s a belief that you must be a large, integrated delivery system to undergo true transformation, but Roche says he has seen it at all sizes of organizations when they stay focused on the patient. The podcast provides an opportunity for listeners to learn the importance of creating a sense of belonging, becoming an anchor institution in your community, and testing transformational ideas with those who will be impacted by it.
