Harrisburg University of Science and Technology today announced that it has selected HHM as its hospitality partner for an upscale, 197-room boutique hotel that will be housed within its new mixed-use campus tower project in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Located at 3rd and Chestnut Streets in Harrisburg, the University’s 17-floor campus tower project will be home to the upscale boutique hotel. The hotel will front Chestnut Street and be separated from the university campus by an atrium in the first ten stories of the building.
The educational space in the tower is slated to accommodate at least 1,000 new students and a health science education center that will serve degree programs in nursing, pharmaceutical sciences and other allied health programs.
