Harrisburg University of Science and Technology is launching a Physical Therapist Assistant to the Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science Pathway Program. Graduates will have the prerequisites for admission into the developing Doctor of Physical Therapy program.
The program is primarily online and can be completed remotely except for a few onsite laboratory weekends. The design is focused on the ability of students to continue to work in their current capacity. Licensed/ certified PTAs will receive credits for completing their Associate Degree and passing the NPTE. With this structure, HU hopes to increase the accessibility and affordability of degrees and career advancement for Physical Therapist Assistants.
The program launches this fall and will accept applications in Spring 2023. Three informational/ Q&A sessions are scheduled. If interested, click on the day/ time below to register.
