Geoffrey Roche, Harrisburg University Executive Director of Strategic Healthcare Initiatives, has been invited to speak at the 2021 Cultural Diversity Conference on the social and political determinants of health on Aug. 4.

The objective of this conference is to develop cultural awareness in the community by providing practical ideas and information for working with different cultures and abilities, and to initiate development of a local resource network.

The Cultural Diversity Conference, which has taken place annually since 2002, is part of the Community Health Council of Lebanon County. The Community Health Council of Lebanon County was established in 1994, bringing together stakeholders from across the community to discuss common health goals and collaborative opportunities.
