HARRISBURG, PA — Harrisburg University of Science & Technology (HU) is pleased to announce a new partnership with Belco Community Credit Union that provides significant tuition discounts to Belco employees, members, and family members of each. The agreement is part of HU’s broader efforts to expand access to affordable higher education and support lifelong learning for families across Central Pennsylvania.
Through this agreement, employees and members of Belco Community Credit Union, and members of their immediate families, will be eligible for reduced tuition rates on select undergraduate and graduate programs, as well as free access to select summits and conferences offered by Harrisburg University. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to workforce development, educational access, and the long-term vitality of the Central Pennsylvania region.

Details of the partnership:
- Eligible Belco Community Credit Union employees and members will receive an automatic 25% discount off the full tuition rate or training fee for select on-campus graduate degree programs, certificates, and training courses.
- Family members (spouse, domestic partner, child, adoptive child, foster child) of Belco Community Credit Union employees and members will receive an automatic 10% discount off the full advertised tuition rate or training fee for select undergraduate online degree programs.
- Belco Community Credit Union employees, members and family members will receive an automatic 10% discount off the full tuition rate or training fee for select undergraduate online degree programs.
- Belco Community Credit Union employees, spouses, and dependents receive free access to specific summits conducted by Harrisburg University.
