Glenn P. Williams, Internet Rich Media Developer, TRC Interactive. Glenn has a BSME from the University of Vermont, EIT from Louisiana and PE from Ohio. However, everyone that knows Glenn knows — he is a computer guy.
He codes client-side and server-side asp functions, SQL database statements, JavaScript functions including flash-to-JavaScript and flash-to-flash functions, flash CS3 actionscript functions and complex custom combinations in order to achieve real time optimized data exchange.
He teaches Robotics at Harrisburg University where students design, build and program Lego robots. He also teaches students how to use Vuforia, an augmented reality software development kit for mobile devices that enables the creation of augmented reality applications for example, autonomous robots. It uses computer vision technology to recognize and track planar images (pictures) and simple 3D objects, such as boxes, in real-time.
