Danielle Quincey Managing Academic Assessment Liaison
Biography
Danielle is a dedicated higher education professional with a strong foundation in human development, organizational psychology, and academic assessment. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.
Since 2016,She has served in various student and institution focused roles within higher education. Danielle joined Harrisburg University in 2017, initially as an Undergraduate Admissions Counselor. Her work expanded into program development and school partnerships through her role as the Coordinator and Program Manager for College in High School (CiHS) and enrichment initiatives for Secondary Schools.
Currently, she serves as the Managing Academic Assessment Liaison in the Office of Accreditation and Assessment, where she collaborates across academic units to support continuous improvement and ensure alignment with institutional and accreditor standards.
Danielle is inspired by the work of Simon Sinek and embraces his philosophy of purpose-driven leadership. This mindset shapes the way she leads projects, builds partnerships, and supports institutional initiatives. By focusing on the “why” behind her work, Danielle fosters a culture of clarity, motivation, and impact that empowers teams to align their efforts with broader educational goals and student success.
