Welcome to OneHR 2026
The OneHR Conference provides professional development to human resources professionals from the public and private sectors. This event is the premier human resource conference for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This event averages 800 attendees in person from entry-level HR professionals to senior leaders.
Our 2026 theme, Leading with Purpose, Serving with Impact, underscores HR’s vital role in strengthening and supporting the workforce. This theme invites us to share ideas, build new skills, and improve how we work together so HR can continue to make a meaningful, measurable difference each day.
