Biography
Professor Boyer earned his Master of Science at Harrisburg University and his Bachelor of Science at Penn State University. Boyer is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information & Management Systems (CPHIMS) and holds two ITIL certifications: the Knowledge Management certification and the Service Desk Director certification. Professor Boyer's teaching and research interests include IT quality assurance, digital health, systems analysis and design, digital infrastructure, and educational technology.
