A college search website has ranked Harrisburg University of Science and Technology within the top 15 percent in more than a dozen categories.

College Factual rankings for 2021 places Harrisburg University in the top 25 in PA for Best Colleges for the Money.  Additionally, the site places the University in the top 15 percent for overall diversity, and the top 10 percent for ethnic diversity.  Harrisburg University also ranks in the top 1 percent among most focused programs in the Computer Information Systems category.  

HU’s biotechnology, computer and information sciences, natural sciences, multi-disciplinary studies, and geological sciences programs are ranked among the top 5 percent. And HU’s physical sciences programs are ranked among the top 10 percent for design and applied arts and visual arts. HU’s physical sciences programs also ranks among the top 15 percent in the most-focused category.
