The Hilton is the most convenient hotel and closest to the University. Attire for the event is business casual. Please dress comfortably and professionally for a full day of sessions and networking.

No space is provided for either a bag drop or storage of personal items during events.

HU’s main lobby is open during the entirety of events. Attendees may arrive whenever convenient and are also welcome to leave and return anytime during an event.

Yes, meals are included as part of registration when indicated. Attempts are made to address dietary restrictions. Food restrictions and allergies can be identified during the registration process.

Please note that there is no public refrigeration available during events.

A lactation space is in Room 1329 for visitors to use at their convenience.

Session selection data is used to determine the interest level of attendees.  This information is used to assign speakers to rooms that will accommodate their expected audience size.  The selections are not retained, so on the day of the event, attendees may view any session of interest.

Yes! A unique Airmeet link will be sent to attendees to view the conference online.  The link will enable participants to watch the conference virtually or log in after the event to watch replays. Please note that due to the sensitive nature of some information certain sessions may not be recorded.

If a speaker allows his/her content to be shared after the presentation, it will be available on the Airmeet platform, along with the session recordings. Attendees should utilize the unique Airmeet link before and after the event to access these resources.

Yes. Photos and/or videos may be captured during the event for promotional and educational purposes.

Questions or concerns should be directed to a member of the event team onsite.

If weather or unforeseen circumstances impact the event, registered attendees will be notified by email as soon as possible. Any schedule or format changes will also be posted through official event communications.

Harrisburg University does not provide certificates of attendance.

No, onsite registration will not be accepted. In-person registration should be completed 5-7 days prior to an event to facilitate catering and the publication of printed materials. Online registration for events is open until the day before the event.
