He has focused on converting business requirements into value-add Cybersecurity Solutions and has effectively delivered cybersecurity and information assurance solutions to Fortune 500 companies, start-up companies, and federal and state government organizations. His specialties are in the areas of Information Security, Cybersecurity, Data Security Standards, Information Assurance, Data Privacy, Data Networks, and Computer Forensics.
Teaching and Research Interests:
Ron Jones’ research area focuses on the development of “Cyber AI Surrogates (CAS)” that are autonomous agents or embedded agents within a security asset, such as an IPS. The CAS architecture focuses on developing a CAS agent that expands its resources by coupling with a Cloud environment – and expand further by utilizing cloud bursting.
