Biography
Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Parker Mihelic joined the Harrisburg University Admissions Team as the Associate Director of Transfer Recruitment in 2026. Before joining Harrisburg University, he worked in enrollment management at Duquesne University, and prior to that served as a student ministry leader — sparking his passion for mentoring students.
Parker is a graduate of Grove City College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Middle Level Education, and Penn State, where he earned a Master of Education in Higher Education. He is passionate about building strong relationships with students and community college partners while creating pathways that help transfer students achieve their academic and career goals.
A proud Pittsburgh sports fan, Parker played rugby for the Pittsburgh Harlequins RFC and still loves staying connected to the sport. When he isn't working, you'll likely find him in the gym, exploring national parks, and watching anime or House Hunters.
