Pamela J. Higgins, Ph.D. Corporate Faculty (INSC)

Dr. Pamela J. Higgins earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both chemistry and biology from DeSales University and continued on to receive a Ph.D. in biochemistry at the University of Notre Dame. for over 15 years, Dr. Higgins has taught a wide variety of chemistry and biology courses at colleges and universities in the Lehigh Valley area and in central Pennsylvania. Her original pedagogical projects and interdisciplinary research studies appear in multiple articles published in peer-reviewed science journals. Dr. Higgins’ current position at the Bureau of Laboratories at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection focuses on developing innovations in chemical and biological analysis of environmental samples.
