Biography
Jen brings nearly 20 years of HR experience to Harrisburg University. As Chief Human Resources Officer, she sits on the president's cabinet and oversees the university's HR function, everything from strategic planning to employee relations to compliance. She has spent her career believing that good HR work starts with genuinely knowing people, not just managing policy.
Jen's approach is collaborative and grounded in practical problem-solving. She cares about building a workplace where people feel supported and have room to do their best work, and that shows in how she leads her team and works with departments across the university.
Outside the office, Jen is usually cooking something from scratch, reading, or keeping up with her three kids, alongside her husband, Zach.

Education
BA in Labor Studies and Employment Relations at Penn State University. Currently enrolled in their Masters of HR and Employee Relations (MHRER) program, set to be completed by Summer 2027.
