Ashley Harris, Ph.D., ATC, LAT, CSCS Associate Professor of Esports Management, Production and Performance

Dr. Ashley Harris is a new member of the Harrisburg University faculty as an associate faculty member in Esports Management, Production, and Performance.

She comes to HU from Aurora University in Aurora, IL where she was an associate faculty member in the MS in athletic training program. Her areas of research interest are in performance psychology and emotional intelligence, where she is currently attempting to understand the impact of gaming on mental health outcomes.

Dr Harris currently serves as the Treasurer for the Great Lakes Athletic Trainers Association and the Public Relations Director for the Illinois Athletic Trainers Association. She currently resides in Chicago, IL where she spends her free time baking and watching her favorite sports teams: the New England Patriots and the Dallas Stars.
