Biography

Emil is a senior higher education administrator with more than 25 years of experience in academic operations and student services. His work has focused on leveraging technology to improve student services and systems, academic policy, records and registration functions, including scheduling, registration, transcripts, degree audits, degree conferral, and records management. Emil has extensive experience leading complex administrative operations and supporting institutional missions through effective systems, academic policy implementation, and service excellence. 

In his spare time, Emil enjoys spending time with his adult children, hiking, cycling, and traveling.
