Biography
Jen brings 17 years of HR experience to HU, most recently working on the HR team at D&H Distributing here in Harrisburg. She is focused on aligning the strategic direction of the HR function with the university’s broader goals, while also leading employee relations and ensuring compliance across the board. Jen’s approach is collaborative, people-first, and grounded in practical problem-solving. She is passionate about building a workplace where employees feel supported and able to thrive. Outside of work, Jen enjoys reading, cooking from scratch, and spending time with her three children. She welcomes conversations and encourages anyone to stop by her office and say hello.

Education
BA in Labor Studies and Employment Relations at Penn State University. Currently enrolled in their Masters of HR and Employee Relations (MHRER) program, set to be completed by Summer 2027.
