Do I need prior sales experience?

No. The program is designed for individuals with little to no formal sales experience.

Is this program B2B or B2C focused?

Both. The core skills – prospecting, questioning, objection handling, and closing – apply across industries, whether you’re selling to consumers or enterprise buyers.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Participants will receive a Harrisburg University Certificate of Completion.

Are meals included?

Yes. Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments are provided.

Can my company send multiple employees?

Absolutely! Group discounts are available.

Do you offer customized training?

What is the cancellation policy?

Harrisburg University reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses/events at its discretion. Should a program or event be cancelled by the University, a full refund will be issued.

If you need to cancel your registration and would like a refund, please email ProfessionalEd@HarrisburgU.edu. Please attach the confirmation email that you received at time of registration.

  • A refund of 100% will be issued up until 30 days in advance of the course/event date.
  • A refund of 50% will be issued up until 8 days prior to the start of the course/event.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations 7 or less days prior to the start of the course/event.
